  Please visit and support this amazing family-run restaurant if you are in Vernon, BC. From the moment you walk in, you feel like a part of the family - and the food is just as good as the hospitality. The husband and wife chef combo have over 95 years of combined experience in the kitchen!

  NASTY- pretentious, sterile and annoying/intrusive presence running the place. I can understand the passionate, 'take it or leave it' approach- but you have to be skilled and undeniably on top of your game. The two of use spent over $120- totally NOT WORTH IT. The meat and cheese plate looked like a 5 year old put it together- the cheese was cut thick and inconsistently- you can try to objection-handle all you want but even the MidTown bistro has a better spread. The pasta was obviously not made in house, the sauce was good, but cheese overload. I left with a stomachache. The veal had the wrong kind of mushrooms and was cooked like crap. Over-priced, bad quality and bad ambiance. Probably my last visit there.
