- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Recently purchased the Cheddar Flavoured Loaf of Okanagan's product and used it (shredded, with a dash of chili powder) to make some grilled cheese sandwiches (Panini's actually) and I have to say I LOVE this stuff. It melts really nicely and isn't slimy like some vegan cheeses I've tried.
