  I was there today when they first opened to get a vap pen. The guy was great on first experience. When I loaded the vap pen up with liquid the first time, was raspberry flavor I got from a gas station. I went to take a puff it made a weird crackling sound and the see threw tube melted in. I immediately called kush store. The same guy said oh wierd yeah for sure bring it back to swap it out. So when I was off work that is what I did. When I went in store with entire kit and packaging with the liquid part still full as he told me not to do anything with it. He then said I have to get ahold of the company he would do nothing he says it looks like I pushed something hot against it. I replied it's perfectly sucks in to around the inside. He again says I'll do nothing. I then replied why did you say to bring it back. He says oh I just wanted to see it. I then said you should have to pay for my gas to bring it down to show you. He laughed and called me a clown. My first time in kush and spent 100 dollars on a vap pen to quit smoking now I'm out 100 and was humiliated in front of a store full of people. So the guy behind counter could act like a big high up drug dealer to look cool. As I left I pushed door a bit to hard ( because I was pissed it was either walk away or beat the piss out of the fake behind the counter and then go to jail. He then leaves the store while yelling at me and takes my plate number down. I hope while he foolishly ran out side the others on store filled there pockets. Never again will I go anywhere near the kush store and I will tell everyone to go to the rock and smoke shop for way better service and for general respect and great knoll edge of all items they sell there. KUSH IS A JOKE

  These guys are awesome here. They will take the time to talk to u and help u with what u need. Also I have god problems with some pipes or other products and they have exchanged it no problem. The owner is an amazing guy and is very knowlable in their products.

  Awful. No customer service when you have a product that fails. They do not stand behind what they sell.
