  I recently moved from Vancouver and was concerned that we'll need to go back every now and again if we want good Asian food. Not so. My first time in Kiki Gardens was a great experience. Normally, when I come in a restaurant I take note of what others are eating as I make my way to my table and if I see something that looks really good I'll ask the server what it is and order it. I had a dilemma because everything I saw looked great, the place was full of people (which was another good sign) and there was a constant flow of folks coming in for takeout. The food was fresh, delicious and the portions were generous. We'll be back for sure.

  Clean restaurant good service found buffet expensive and rather disappointing. chopsuey was overcooked and soggy. garlic Shrimp was obviously sitting there for along time and was mushy. Have other complaints but was mostly disappointed with being charged so much for overcooked and old food. And no refills on our drinks. This was my first visit and my last.

  Terrible food. The lunch buffet contained very little selection and the breading of the meats was soggy due to sitting in extreme amounts of sauce, however the actual meat itself was tough and grisly almost to the point of being uneatable. Many of the buffet dishes were nearly emptied and not refilled in a reasonable time period. The lunch buffet price of $12.95 is extremely overpriced for the small selection and poor quality. Before trying this place, I tried Asian Avenue, Apple Lane, Rice Box, and China Wok. Kiki Garden was by far the worst of all these options with China Wok being the best so far. Edit to response from owner - I was there last Saturday Oct. 22 at roughly 1pm. I doubt I will give it another try because I could barely eat any of the meats offered (s&s pork, General Tso's chicken, and curried beef) because they were swimming in sauce and sitting for too long so soggy on the outside yet fatty on the inside. Breaded meat items need to be crispy on the outside and tender in the middle in order to be good, in my opinion. I was also disappointed that Ginger Beef wasn't offered in the buffet since it is my favorite. The young girl hostess was very nice and gave good service though.
