  The nice part about this location is I've found its rarely busy. I've gone there in the afternoon on several occasions with 0 line-up. So you can go in, order food and get out. The food, the wrap itself and everything is made fresh and it tastes pretty great for fast-food. The staff are reasonably friendly. They always seem pleasant and make a bit of small talk with customers. Looking at the menu's calories, protein, fat, carbs etc -- its not super-low cal, not low-carb or low-fat but does have a decent protein serving. I would rate it five stars but I find the prices are a bit expensive and while marketed as healthy-food it's not really 'healthy'. For example, I tend to get an Uncle Philly wrap (basically a philly cheese steak in a wrap but with beef instead of 'steak' with double the meat) and the price is ~14 CAD with tax. No drink included in that price. For reference its around 40g of protein (80g with the double meat theoretically), 40g of carbs and 30g of fat. You could probably stretch that out to 2 meals if you wanted based of the 'size' of the 'meal'. A pretty good ratio actually if your aiming to build-muscle or pack on weight. Not good if your looking to lose-weight. That being said, I think if you traded your 'wrap' for a 'sub', you could pay around half that price at another 'brand's local' which is a 3 minute drive away. If it was priced similarly to Subway, I'd probably visit a few times a week. As it is, maybe once or twice a week as a treat post-gym workout. Did I mention its within walking distance from Fitness West or 1 minute by car ;)?
