  Very disappointing. We went in for the first time last night with high expectations.(the couple we were with have attended earls at other locations and have been very impressed) We each ordered the ribs and Cajun chicken meal ($35/plate) and the food took a very long time. It turns out they were letting it cook long enough to be burnt. The potato salad was brown and tasted horribly burnt and the ribs were black and inedible on each end. They brought us each new potato salad and it was better, It still had burnt flavour and chunks of charcoal. The potatoes in this new salad were hard, we didn't complain about the second potatoes though as they were said significantly better. Half of two racks were left on the plates and chunks of raw potato. This meal was expensive but not worth it. They ended up giving us a discount on our meal, but my husband who will eat generally anything, could not finish his ribs because they were so burnt. The waitress took them to show the chef and they argued and we were told that we already got a discount so he doesn't get them replaced. A discount is nice, but we went to eat an incredible meal and that was what we would have liked. If one of the chefs were served this meal elsewhere I'm certain they would not accept it. Throughout the meal we never saw a manager, which surprised us as we had all sorts of complaints. Very displeased with this location and will most definitely not return.

  Disappointed. Slow service. Mediocre food. Most other locations good. This location needs some work.

  We stopped in for a bathroom break and coffee. Very small rest rooms and the wait after ordering two speciality coffees seemed pretty long. Next time we'll use the drive thru to see how that goes.
